UEFA hat Vorrunde CL ausgelost

Halbfinale 1: San Marino - Nordirland
Halbfinale 2: Kosovo - Andorra
Endspiel: Sieger Halbfinale 2 - Sieger Halbfinale 1

Bei der Vorrunde handelt es sich um ein Mini-Turnier, welches aus einer Halbfinalrunde am 8. August sowie einem Finale am 11. August besteht. Der Ausgang der Duelle, die an einem neutralen Ort ausgetragen werden, wird jeweils in einer Partie ermittelt.
Der Sieger der Vorrunde rückt in die erste Qualifikationsrunde auf, die am 18. und 19. August ebenfalls in nur einem einzigen Spiel ausgespielt wird.

Anmeldeschluss - 03 August

Die erste Runde der Qualifikation zur Champions League 2020/21 wurde soeben ausgelost. Gespielt wird auch hier im 1-Spiel- K.o. Modus.

Voraussichtlich wird die Partie auf neutralem Boden stattfinden, denn Slowenien ist nicht auf der irischen grünen Liste, was bedeutet, dass das Team von Dundalk bei Rückkehr aus Slowenien zwei Wochen in Quarantäne müsste. Also ist davon auszugehen, dass die Partie in ein Land verlegt wird, das bei beiden auf der grünen Liste steht.

Die Loskugeln mit den Namen der gesetzten Teams werden in einem Lostopf platziert, die ungesetzten in einem anderen. Aus jedem Lostopf wird eine Kugel gezogen und in einen leeren Lostopf in der Mitte gegeben, wo sie durchmischt werden. Das zuerst gezogene Team wird das Duell zu Hause bestreiten.

In dieser Saison finden alle Qualifikations-Begegnungen in einfachen Spielen ohne Zuschauer statt.

Doch, die grünen Listen müssen berücksichtigt werden, und ja, es wird wohl mehrere Begegnungen geben, die das betrifft. Wenn aufgrund dieser Listen eine Begegnung nicht am Ort des Heimteams stattfinden kann, muss die Begegnung auf neutralem Boden stattfinden. Polen, Ungarn, Griechenland und Zypern haben sich dazu bereit erklärt, in diesem Fall ihre Stadien zur Verfügung zu stellen. Polen und Zypern stehen auch nicht auf der irischen Liste, also bleiben wohl Ungarn und Griechenland.

Auszug: If restrictions imposed by the national/local authorities of the home club’s country apply to the visiting club, the home club must propose a suitable alternative venue which may be in a neutral country (within the territory of a UEFA member association) that would allow the match to take place without any restrictions for both clubs. If the home club fails to propose such suitable alternative venue, the club in question will be held responsible for the match not taking place and the match will be declared by the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body to be forfeited by the home club, which will be considered to have lost it 3-0.

Wie verhält es sich eigentlich mit den CH-Plätzen?
Wäre ja für die heutige Auslosung schon wichtig.

Aus irischer Sicht sieht das ok aus (natürlich vorausgesetzt, Dundalk kommt gegen Celje weiter). Norwegen und Finnland stehen beide auf der irischen grünen Liste (und umgekehrt), d.h. Dundalk hätte ein Heimspiel.
